Baan Suan Mok Project Layout

We have five plots at Baan Suan Mok.    TH-property owner Craig Dunn lives with his family and works from the orginal cottage prototype on plot #1.    Plots #2, #3 and #4 are all 500 m², perfect for the smaller-villa with carport and swimming pool, and plot #5, measuring 988 m², can accomodate a much larger house which we have designed and called the "Jasmin Villa". #5 may possibly be split in half to accomodate two 2-bedroomed villas each with their own swimming pools.    The Baan Suan Mok entrance is our own, privately-owned 50 meter culdesac which will never have any through-traffic, so the privacy and quietness we enjoy can never be disturbed.    All of our electricity, water and communications infrastructure is underground so there's nothing to spoil the very pretty picture we are creating.
