The Baan Suan Mok houses are built by TH-property's construction team, most of whom come from Prachuabkhirikhan town and live onsite at our projects in Hua Hin. |
Foundations start with deep-set pad stones cast in reinforced concrete. |
Then the floor beams are cast. |
Then the floors are poured. |
The pillars are cast and allowed to cure for 10 days. |
Then the roof beams are cast and allowed to cure for a further 10 days. |
Roof frames are of rolled steel profiles welded and rust-proofed. |
Wallwork is done with 14cm cavity block, concrete rendered both sides and a gypsum skim on intenal walls for smoothness. |
Conduits for electricity, water and air-con are embedded in the walls before rendering. |
Our grey water soakaway systems are far superior and considerably more effective than elsewhere. |
Ceilings are made of gypsum board suspended on a lightweight steel frame. |
Our doors and windows as well as kitchen and bathroom furniture are made by our own team of carpenters. |
Our woodwork finishings are simply beautiful. |
And so is the finished property! |
