Baan Suan Mok
Residential Resort in Hua Hin
Developers: TH-property Estate Agents Co. Ltd.

Baan Suan Mok (Jasmin Gardens) is a quiet cul-de-sac of only 4 Thai-influenced cottages and one villa in lush tropical gardens in lovely countryside just 6 kms west of Hua Hin, in the growing Wat Nikro neighbourhood half way between the beaches and the golf courses.

The houses are finished with a rustic exterior and modern western-influenced interior with fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms of excellent quality. A private spa and swimming pool just off your master bedroom porch is an optional extra very much worth considering.

The cottage plots all measure 500m² and the villa has the largest plot of 988m².

Each house is supplied with 3-phase electricity via underground cables from our own transformer. Water is supplied by the local water authority and stored in 8,000 litre underground water tanks at each house. Telephone and ADSL internet connections are also made ready for subscription.

Long shaded terrace, big living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all ensuite, natural wood cabinets and granite worktops, kitchen and bathrooms handmade to order, store/utilty room, 135 m² in all, plus the carport.

The pilot house has been built with the help of local labour and tradesmen under the supervision of the now resident developer, and has served as a very good prototype. The floorplan and construction method has been greatly improved and building of the next three cottages is now underway. Our concept evisions a rather exclusive little cul-de-sac of particular beauty and charm with much tropical foliage and watery landscaping

This project is owned entirely by
TH-property Estate Agents Co. Ltd.,
one of Hua Hin's excellent real estate brokerages. You are welcome to call or visit us at Baan Suan Mok.

"Suan" is Thai for garden, and "Mok" - don Mok - is the Jasmin tree with which we are cultivating hedgerows all round the property.
